I believe birth control (contraception) is a good thing. Family planning is a good thing. Limiting families to two children is a good thing.
I also believe that people should be very careful about HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. People should be aware that having multiple sexual partners is an extremely risky form of behavior.
It is not an appropriate role of government to try to boss people's sex lives around.
